'Recount' recalls 'Bush v. Gore'

If a college football game ends in a tie, each team gets the ball on its opponent's 25-yard line and takes turns trying to score. When a round ends with one team ahead, that team wins. In other words, the way you decide a tied football game is by playing a different game.
